These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CaptainTandem, operated by Zwischenzug Solutions SAS ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
CaptainTandem is a personal productivity tool that captures, triages, and organises web content using AI. It consists of a web application and a browser extension (collectively, the "Service").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@captaintandem.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to capture or process content you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual Property
Content you capture remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service (AI triage, embeddings, goal and project classification). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries and classifications are suggestions — you remain responsible for decisions you make based on them.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zwischenzug Solutions SAS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Reims, France.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users by email for material changes.
